Vishnu Prakash Punglia is the Chairman and Whole Time Director on our Board and one of the Promoters of our Company. He has over 38 years of experience in Water supply turnkey projects. He has been a Director on our Board since the incorporation of our Company and has been instrumental in the growth of our Company. He looks after our company's strategy and policy formulation, liaises with various government departments, and overlooks processes in our company, including bidding, tendering, and planning. He was awarded the Excellence Award by the Distt. Collector, Jodhpur for his contribution in “Mukhyamantri Jal Swawlamban Yojna”. He is also a director in M/s Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Construction Limited and a partner in M/s Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Agro Food.

Manohar Lal Punglia is the Managing Director on our Board and one of the Promoters of our Company. He has completed his Secondary Education during the year 1989 and has experience of over 31 years in the Water Supply turnkey projects. He is responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of our Company, especially the operational and technical aspects, of our Company. He is also the head of budgeting, planning and monitoring process which has leveraged the timely completion of our projects. He has been a Director on our Board since inception of the company. He is also director in M/s Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Construction Limited and Partner in M/s Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Agro Food.

Kamal Kishor Pungalia is a Whole Time Director on our Board. He is Technical Engineer (Equivalent to Diploma) from ICE (I), MHRD, Government of India. He has experience of over 21 years in the Water Supply Turnkey Projects. He has been a Director on our Board since inception of the Company. He looks after the projects relates to Central Government like, Railways, DRDA, NHAI, & MES etc. and is responsible for monitoring of construction of roads, highways and bridges, railway buildings, platforms, MES buildings, water supply tanks, etc. He is also responsible for overall business development of the company. He is also director in M/s Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Construction Limited, Partner in M/s Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Agro Food and proprietor in VPRP Art. He has also awarded the Indian Icon award during the year 2021 by National Human Rights Organization, New Delhi.

Sanjay Kumar Punglia is a Whole Time Director on our Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Janardan Rani Nagar, Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur and M. Tech degree in Civil Engineering from Himalayan University, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. He has experience of over 18 years in the Water Supply Projects. He has been a Director on Board since incorporation of our Company. He heads the in-house design team and is actively involved in continuous value engineering using the latest specifications and methodologies. He is also responsible for the bidding process for new projects in our Company. He is also director in M/s Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Construction Limited.

Ajay Pungalia is a Whole Time Director on our Board. He has passed B.Com. Ist Year from Jai Narayan University, Jodhpur He has experience of over 18 years in the Water supply turnkey projects. He has been a Director on Board since incorporation of our Company and is responsible for all financial management activities of the company. He is also director in M/s Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Construction Limited and Partner in M/s Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Agro Food.

Sripal Bhansali is a Non-Executive Independent Director on our Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from the NIMS University, Jaipur. He has 10 years of experience in business of construction and Readymade Garments.

Nilima Bhansali is a Non-Executive Independent Director on our Board. She has Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Jai Narayan University of Jodhpur. She has prior experience of over 15 years in the Accounts and Taxation field.

Krishna Murari Lal Mathur is a Non-Executive Independent Director on our Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from MDM Engineering College, Jodhpur University, Jodhpur. He has worked in PHED Department for 39 years on various posts and has retired from the post of Additional Chief Engineer. He is also a Life fellow of Institute of Engineers (India), Indian Water Works Association, Institute of Public Health Engineers, Life member of Indian Association of Environment Management, Indian Water Resources Society, India Desalination Association, Vigyan Parishad Prayag, & Member of International Water Association.

Uttam Chand Singhvi is a Non-Executive Independent Director on our Board. He is Gold Medalist having Ist Rank in college for bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Pali College, Rajasthan University. He is a Chartered Accountant (14th Rank in India) and having more than 37 years of work experience with Bank of Baroda (India’s 2nd largest public sector bank), retired in March 2016, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and General Manager (Corporate Accounts & Taxation). He has continued with Bank of Baroda, after his superannuation since April 2016, as an Advisor (Corporate Accounts & Taxation), responsible for putting in place systems and processes for IND AS and its Implementation in the Bank, And also to lead Amalgamation / Merger activities related to Financial Due diligence and Financial & Accounting (F&A) integration for Amalgamation / Merger of Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank with Bank of Baroda (All three PSBs), since its announcement (ie. Sept. 2018) by GOI.

Ratan Lahoti is a Non-Executive Independent Director on our Board. He is B.Sc., M.A. in Economics, and MBA. He is a retired IAS Officer and has experience of Administrative services more than 33 years on various key positions like Divisional Commissioner, Jodhpur, Collector and District Magistrate, Pratapgarh, Rajasthan, Commissioner, Jodhpur Development Authority, CEO and Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Jodhpur and Head external affairs and community Development, Cairn (Oil & Gas) Vedanta.

Surendra Sharma is a Non-Executive Independent Director on our Board. He holds a bachelor’s of Engineering degree in Agriculture from University of Udaipur and Master of Commerce Degree (in Business Administration) from Rajasthan Vidhyapeeth, Udaipur. He has work experience of more than 38 years with Bank of Baroda on various key posts and has retired as General Manager from the institution.
